Susan took an almond under duress. Once she realised a pecan was on offer, the relationship with her almond was over.

It’s not bonfiring fast enough for the wood stacker. No doubt due to the torrential rain soaking it all for the last few days.

Tonight’s mouse count- 1 so far, who didn’t want to leave the escape pod…4 minutes s/he bloody made me wait. Clip is shorter for dramatic purposes 🐁

Success about 20 minutes ago with the cupboard trap. Finished my Duolingo and took it on a small hike to the park where it timewarped across to the trees in a blur. The trap outside remains empty and has had one climb up the side but not gone in yet.

Seriously impressed with this little ‘un as that pecan nut was a good inch long. You snooze you lose squirrels.
