Have also been trying to dry out the random damp floor where nothing has been spilt & the hairdryer has helped more than the dehumidifier.

Yesterday’s community build up to the Big Fire. Have not seen today’s additions yet, but I doubt we are anywhere near Sandy Row, or even Tullycarnet efforts.

Got it for 50p second hand off my school mate who decided she was too cool for New Romantics.
First full price purchase from a record shop was Parallel Line, probably in Connswater Shopping Centre.
Up until that point, I got albums for Xmas presents or from the library to copy to cassette.

Another one, or the same one? Sadly, I am not going to get dressed & yomp it away tonight, so have left it outside the back door. Plenty of peanut butter to keep it occupied & hopefully the plastic is tough enough to prevent a prison break.

Success about 20 minutes ago with the cupboard trap. Finished my Duolingo and took it on a small hike to the park where it timewarped across to the trees in a blur. The trap outside remains empty and has had one climb up the side but not gone in yet.

Anyhoo, here’s tonight’s experiment. One for the cupboard and one for the outside windowsill.
Assuming it works, advice seems to vary on how far away to release them.

Meanwhile, opened the cupboard door on Saturday night to investigate the noise and found Max with back paws on a beer can and front paws on the porridge. Looked me in the eye then disappeared into the murky depths of the under-cupboards.
