Honestly this isn't even a harsh criticism. Anyone in the industry that isn't senior leadership who fails this horribly would have been fired.
I still can't believe they saw this game and thought it was even near striking distance of CoD. Absolutely delusional

It drives me nuts how frequently people see a game have poor performance and just go "yeah it's in unreal 4/5 so it's not going to be good"

Screenshot to bypass word count. What I was hopeful for with Arcane, is that I wanted my community to be happy with the representation and see themselves through our Black characters. I absolutely loved any moment I was able to contribute to the project with Riot Noir. It was VERY important to me.
