Very cool initiative from the #GreaterSudbury library system (even if we are a little biased 😉)
So cool. The #GreaterSudbury library launched a digital archive of @sudburystar.bsky.social from 1910-25. It includes 1600+ editions of The Star. Library staff say they are currently digitizing the next 25y. This should really help us tell our stories. ❤️

As Lincoln said,“The legitimate object of government is to do for the people what needs to be done, but which they can not, by individual effort, do at all, or do so well, for themselves."
Government is not a for-profit business & should not be run as such. It is to the benefit for the community.

Charging your no-Tesla EV on the roads in Ontario is a nightmare. It started in 2018 for me and I thought it would be over by now. Yet we’re in 2025. Between the poor location selection, broken equipment, and the plain lack of stations…

Opening of The Dividing Line at Optica, which deals with border violence and migration. Yes the opening was a big party, but it was nice to see that so many people took their time to look at the work. There were moments when it was dead silence in the space. What more can I ask more for.

Climate change denial and disinformation have been part of big oil’s business model since they first identified CO2 as a greenhouse gas in the 1960’s. The evidence is piling up.

Most Canadians welcome climate change, for its milder winters. But forget over-salting, icy roads, wild temperature swings, wild summer storms. I’ve stopped trying to point out the irony.
