I'm going to trust (that's all I've got) that Bradley isn't a fool, and has a chain of evidence to show why he did what he did.
This means one of two things:
1) if Bradley gets charges, he takes Kegsgeth with him, or 2) no officer will follow a suspect order from Kegsgeth ever again.
