My book The Whiteness of Wealth: How The Tax System Impoverishes Black Americans And How We Can Fix It (Crown 2021) shows how black taxpayers are disadvantaged in our federal income tax system.
How about we have party leaders focus on the words of a United States congressman - Sen. Tommy Tuberville of Alabama - who’s calling Black people “inner city rats” who leach off of America’s taxpayers.
Stop the focus on municipal elections and get to this.
Where is the censure and condemnation?
