Never got much from New Capenna, but I wanted to build Falco cuz I am addicted to Future Sight effects stapled on creatures.

I was pretty pleased with the initial announcement, treatment, and store drop accessiblity but the Lottery card reveal made THIS feel terrible for something I was enjoying otherwise. It very much flipped my mood.

This is bullshit.
They printed 7 different Chaos Emeralds and they're just lottery tickets. The Mana Vault for Fallout was bad enough. @tolariancommunitycollege.com I'm so upset at this.

Been using my guy as a punish for topdeck tutors, and an outlet for infinite mana. I used to play him in a more casual Grixis lantern deck, but I think the core idea is still there!
