I’ve always loved Ireland, and I love U.K. too, my Irish passport just seemed normal, equal to all EU people, now I’m so grateful to be Irish xx

Is it a rogue app issue Charly? Some apps crash when connected to internet, sometimes they’re trying to sync all the time - look at new apps or recently updated or ones that use huge amounts of data?

In 80s I used to join protests regularly, from Section 28 to anti apartheid, singing Nkosi sikelel' Afrika outside the SA embassy.
Police would chase us away & I knew a criminal record would end my career. Every time I was terrified.

Don’t beat yourself up, it’s an addiction, but contrary to popular opinion, it’s a weak addiction, that’s why smokers can ✈️ or go to cinema etc. be kind to yourself, you’ve got this, you can do it, I have every faith in you
