I endorse Elliott Payne for Minneapolis City Council. Elliott combines a deep understanding of policy and the city’s processes to bring us:
✅ Expanded Behavioral Crisis Response teams
✅ Expansion of Stable Homes Stable Schools
✅ Funding for wage theft enforcement

Elliott gets things done for us!

Rep. Mohamud Noor and I encouraged students to vote at the University of Minnesota this afternoon. With cool, windy weather, we took our outdoor party inside Coffman and said, “Vote early!”

Senator Kunesh and I found friends in Woodbury: First Lady Gwen Walz, Majority Leader Erin Murphy, and Senator Zaynab Mohamed.

We door knocked and found very friendly Amanda Hemmingsen-Jaeger supporters.

Hey Minnesota - make your plans now to attend Saturday’s No Kings rally.

Here’s the rally closest to me:
Saturday October 18
Rally at 1PM; March after
The Commons in Downtown Minneapolis

Find an event near you and express your American right to assemble and speak: www.nokings.org

I am regularly asked, “What should I be doing to help right now?” I always suggest three things:
1) Talk to your neighbors and express your disgust
2) Get training on you and your neighbors rights (see the Unidos training graphics)
3) Attend an in-person protest. Go to No Kings on Saturday Oct 18.

Another fine day at the Northeast Farmers Market!

Mark your calendar: next Saturday October 11th is the last market of the year. And, it serves as a fundraiser to keep the market running.

I met the corpse flower “Lady Gag-ugh” today at Augsburg University. At 8’ tall, the flower is impressively smelly!

Thanks for welcoming the public in to visit.

Monday morning, I walked the picket line with MAPE and AFSCME. Our union state employees make Minnesota better and deserve a strong, fair contract.

Visit the friendly lemonade stand at 22nd and Benjamin St NE! A good rule in life: stop at every lemonade stand.

They told me that they take CashApp, Venmo, and cash.
