Thanks for this. I have read the Uscinski/Parent and Olmsted books, both excellent in their own ways.
But, and I should probably have been more clear, I am after one of those tables or diagrams you sometimes get in the front of a book that are called 'Timeline of...' or 'Chronology of...'
