Tried posing last week with my coach and I loved it!
But this shit is insanely hard lol – e.g I wasn’t able to flare my lats on the second pic while thinking of all the other parts of my body I had to flex (and my hands are wrongly placed)

I think trump and trump-ism is more of a symptom than an issue in itself. I think the actual problem is that politics are dead in the sense that most candidates don’t offer a plan better future anymore, they don’t offer a vision for society and humanity in general.
