Halfway through working on the triceratops rig I realized I didn’t liked it anymore, so, I started over.
My biggest issue was the anatomy, so thus time around I started with the literal skeleton and build up the muscles and skin on top of that

Some progress on the boy.
I hope I'll be able to rely a little bit more on alpha brushes and vdm for the body, but the face flows in so many different directions: I opted for hand sculpting most of the scales.... is been "fun".
