The pump track at @riversportokc.bsky.social is about at the halfway point on my long rides. It makes for a nice way to break up the ride. It is interesting to try to pump on a gravel bike. You get a lot of looks to when you are the only one in spandex and dropbars.🤣

Another attempted turtle rescue. This alligator snapper let me know it was perfectly comfortable being that close to the road. They move fast and have incredibly strong bites. I decided it wasn’t worth loosing a finger.

This turtle was hanging out on the trail. I decided to help it get away from runners and cyclists so no one would get hurt. Apparently it was really well hydrated. Now I need to go clean my shoe.
