I was diagnosed with High A1C, told to change my diet and be more active🤓. I weighed 215lbs on day of diagnosis and now weigh 192lbs with a goal weight of 185 by my 90 day A1C bloodwork on July 17th!😎

I had to work New Years Eve, but after work I took my beautiful Wifey out❤️. Hope the New Year finds everyone happy, healthy and prosperous !
