For what it’s worth, I deactivated and deleted Facebook today for good. I don’t guess it’s that big of a deal to Zuck but if it takes away a nickel that’s my contribution. Mostly I just got tired of all the right wing propagandists and I began to notice if you blocked them you have more the next day

So I deactivated Facebook for my mental health because I was getting to damned much maga bulls##t. Even when I tried to hide it or block. I just got ten more for every one I blocked it’s just too exhausting I’ll miss keeping contact with a few family members but, hey I need to find some peace.

I don’t know much about Bluesky but I thought I would check it out. I will poke around and get familiar with it. I like the idea of open source
