This is just part of Labour's £39bn vision to build the most social homes and affordable homes in more than generation.

✅ £7bn to deliver thousands of social homes across England

✅ Councils building at scale again

✅ £150m to transform brownfield sites

People still claim Labour do nothing to help our armed forces & veterans.

But that is not true.

To mark the launch of the government's new Veterans Strategy, here is veterans minister Louise Sandher-Jones telling you what it is all about & how it's a joined up approach to helping veterans.

"Pope Leo said Scripture emphasizes the question that will be posed at the end of the world:

'How did you receive the foreigner, did you receive him and welcome him, or not? I think there is a deep reflection that needs to be made about what is happening'..."

Pope Leo calls for ‘deep reflection’ about treatment of detained migrants in U.S.
“Many people who have lived for years and years and years, never causing problems, have been deeply affected by what is going on right now,” Chicago-born pope says.

Spot on.
“There are some people who hate London, and hate New York,” Mayor Sadiq Khan told me, on Bloomberg TV. “There's a reason why they demonize London, and now, indeed, New York. Why? Because we are progressive cities. We are liberal cities. We are multicultural cities. And we are incredibly successful.”

How do you make a Tory?

Take a bucket of shit and stir it.

Careful though,

if you stir too hard you get Reform.

Reform also wants the minimum wages of young people scrapped or reduced so the wealthiest can have tax cuts. A vote for Reform is a vote for poverty especially for those who support his party.

I believe the Independent Ethics Advisor has already looked at this and has decided no investigation is needed.

Therefore nothing wrong has been done. Nothing to answer for.

Time we all moved on and told people still harping on about it to stfu!

When we have a LOTO who admits hacking a website of an MP and changing things - an obvious criminal act - and manages to get away with it without any consequences - then it's about time we levelled that playing field.

Buxton should be better than this.
The whiter the area the more likely it is to have a Reform problem. Immigration isn’t the problem, otherwise you’d get Reform in more diverse areas - it’s fear of change among older people.

After 412 days, the Renters' Rights Act 2025 has today gained Royal Assent and become law!

Thank you Labour for this hugely significant peace of legislation!

The Bus Services (No. 2) Act 2025 & Deprivation of Citizenship Orders (Effect during Appeal) Act 2025 also became law today.
