if the 5th Circuit ruled mail-in ballots need to be received by election day, doesn't the Supreme Court taking up the case means they may overturn the 5th Circuit's bad decision?

No way any of these many media outlets would cave to the demands of a DEM president, like Biden, as they do to this orange seditionist, Trump. The people will have to defend our First Amendment, since the corporate media, largely owned/controlled by billionaire oligarchs, won't.

Any democracy should set spending caps when it comes to elections. Limit it to voters (not corporations, unions or other entities) & have reasonable caps on the amount. Those with money can buy anything that is for sale. Public offices should not be for sale.

Trump is more "soft on crime" than any president ever. No president has pardoned thousands of crooks, many of them violent, with no regard for the law. He is probably selling many of them. Making all the "deals" he can.

Trump’s pardons totally piss me off —J6 conspirators, election fraudsters, finance criminals, gangster, thieves, molesters—why have a judicial system at all if Trump, who himself is guilty of fraud and sexual misconduct, is just going to release them?

A president shouldn't

Nor should they be able

Trump sues the BBC. It's an extortion racket. Anyone sued by a vindictive president, with the whole DOJ doing his bidding, faces a rigged game. Nobody has "weaponized" our courts more than Trump has, with his thousands of lawsuits over his nasty lifetime.
