My primary question relates to the current buildings after a move. The embodied carbon within is massive and demolition should be avoided, yet office building floor plates are often unsuited to housing conversions. If the plan only works if existing buildings are demolished then it's a bad plan imo

Sinn Féin are not making moves consistent with a party that's planning to lead a government without FFG. They're behaving like a party that's eyeing up a coalition with an increasingly right-wing Fianna Fáil. Gerard Cunningham got it right when he said they're FF 2.0.
