Any Chargebee users? What are you using it mainly for?

I feel Claude sonnet is visibly getting worse at writing but it's still the best for coding.

Maybe its writing got worse because its coding got better?

Or is it just the nature of LLMs for their quality to fluctuate with the seasons?

Umm… have you tried logging back in? 😇

Regret is one of the worst habits you can develop.

You’ll habitually regret nearly every decision in your life, it’s a loser mentality.

You’ll always find something to blame or end up blaming yourself when things don’t go your way.

Own your actions. Own your decisions.

Indiehackers seem to use the word PMF very loosely.

Especially if one tried for so many years and finally breaking the impossible $1k/mo or even 10k/mo.

But that is not PMF.

According to @asmartbear.com it is Easy Growth, High Retention and Critical Mass.

How do you define PMF?
Product/Market Fit (PMF): Experience & Data
Companies that achieve Product/Market Fit -- both self-funded and VC-funded -- exhibit the same prototypical metrics curves and subjective experiences.

Is this how you price your new SaaS?

"Take a competitor pricing and minus 30%"

Price game is a race to the bottom.

Do this:

💸 Price according to your value.
👠 Go into a niche market
💪 Be bold - charge 2-3x more.
💎 Higher prices = Higher perceived value.

Be a solution not another commodity/tool.

If you're building a SaaS. What is your best marketing channel?
November 26, 2024 at 9:09 AM
If you flip a coin 10 times and get 8 heads.

It is perfectly reasonable and has almost a 10% probability with a fair coin!

The same logic applies to A/B testing:

🤥 Small samples lie
🎲 Variance is normal
🩺 Don't jump to conclusions

Statistical significance needs MORE DATA!

What is the best ticketing system that includes a help desk?

Think your landing page is perfect?

Your users might disagree.

Test one change at a time:

✅ Clearer benefit-driven headlines.
✅ CTA buttons that pop with bold color contrast.
✅ Social proof (the more the better).
✅ Better spacing for readability and focus.

Keep growing or stay flat. Your choice!

Running A/B tests below the fold?

Do not run tests on 100% of all your visitors.

Visitors who never see your test element can skew results.

You need to trigger your tests dynamically when users actually saw your test elements.

Cleaner data, faster insights, better decisions!

Why we will NEVER do Black Friday sales at Mida.so

For B2B SaaS:

- Businesses don’t buy impulsively; FOMO doesn’t work.
- Cheap product = bad product.
- Lowering price hurts perceived value.

Instead of lowering our price, we focus on increasing it by delivering more value.

Google Sheet.

Keeping track of all expenses (salaries, marketing, subscription), traffic growth, customer acquisitoin, churned, etc.

Projecting based on average growth and churn rate into the future.
For those with a profitable SaaS:

Do you view your revenue forecast/projections?

If so, what do you use?

You’d be surprised most users voluntarily click the CTA but never sign up.

Most pages convert just 30 ~ 40%

We boosted ours from 50% → 60% with one simple tweak: adding testimonials.

Small change, big result.

What’s your current sign-up conversion rate?
