Buissness wants a return on political investment shocker. Souter didn't make a good investment, the SNP got his money and Alba got his policies.

I just wanted people to know why the original product not a good thing to use as a lubricant and what will work well.

If your going to explain why a bearing suddenly sounds like its got rocks in it you do.

I know the company makes different products under the same brand, such as the now discontinued(?) bike and motorbike ones. But people have been calling WD40 (original product) WD40 since before I was born, it's ingrained.

Don't use most plant based oils, their relatively hydrophilic and quickly turn into a sticky mess. Castor and linseed will work (not boiled linseed, it turns into lino when exposed to the air. I use it on my handpan)

For most things use grease lithium or Polyurea (I avoid PTFE for environmental reasons). I cycle so have a tube of PPL-1 (Park Tools) which I use a lot. It stops bolt from seizing and loosening, and works well on bearings.

Mansplane time: as others have said WD40 is a penetrating oil. The chemicals that make it up are volatile. It will provide some lubrication but will quickly evaporate. It will also clean out whatever you put it on, which might be a bad thing.

This reminded me, I once saw braille printed on the side of a packet (printed not embossed).

When money is created it is backed by an equal amount of debt, correct? Therefor credit + debt = 0. Money is a Zero Sum Game. If the rich get richer the poor get poorer. How can there be an upward economic conveyor belt?

Israeli actions against Palestinians has for many years driven
antisemitic and dehumanised Jews. When it comes to the horrors that humans inflicted on each other this week 16 dead probably won't make the top ten. (2/2)

I would suggest that downplaying it is fairly easy. Israeli propaganda has for years conflated Israel, Zionism and the Jewish people, and the corollary that any criticism of Israel or Zionism can be framed as antisemitic. (1/2)

You do have to make the caramel first, which is the bit people have problems with. DON'T STIR THE CARAMEL! (you can of course stir it if you know what your doing) Add apples to hot caramel (I like to put in 4 star anise), pastry on to then straight in oven.

Hi, thanks for that. Minor point: a lot of those will be Non-recordable offences not resulting in a criminal record.

Hi, I hadn't come across that before. Could you point us at a reference for that, I'd be interested on having a look at it. Thanks.
