Blasphemy! Thanksgiving isn't meant to be celebrated at Taco Bell!

It's meant to be celebrated at Del Taco!

(Unfortunately too many people in our world don't have adequate access to Del Taco.)

According to that definition we don't practice cat hoarding because even though our old ones are still fine we keep getting new ones as well.

But i think that might be _actual_ cat hoarding?

The one rule that seems to apply to just about everything across every field is that although sometimes an effect is due to mostly one cause, it is never due entirely to only one cause.

(As a corollary, if you found an exception it doesn't mean you should necessarily throw out the whole rule.)

(Which is still better than Adventure Cat's reaction to the ceiling fans. She's convinced that they're all some kind of giant bird that will try to eat her if she gets too close. She's okay on the floor and tables, but if we pick her up she gets very concerned if we walk near one of the fans.)

Does it have to be a movie? Gankutsuou seems like it should fit #4 if series are included =)

A: It's "Queen Demon", not "Demon Queen". Just cause i like reading words doesn't mean i'm good at mouth noising them =P

B: I'm very glad it has a Dramatis Personae, but i do really wish i could find a written version of that on the web to refer back to.

I _want_ to be really excited, but unless i missed something there were zero details about when production will start, if casting has started, whether they'll be "real" seasons or 10 episode streaming nonsense, or anything about when it might come out.

Hopefully there'll be more announcements soon?

That is, if Metro Man can withstand THE FULL CONCENTRATED POWER OF THE SUN! FIRE!
a cartoon character says minion fire and it 's still warming up sir .
Alt: The scene from the movie Megamind immediately after the above quote: Megamind: Minion… fire? Minion: Uh, it’s still warming up, sir. Megamind: Come again? Minion: Warming up, sir. Megamind: WARMING UP? The SUN is WARMING UP?

Maybe there's a way to flush all audio packets from the host without doing anything on the client side? But if so the post didn't cover it, and the provided quick-fix is easy enough and i'm just so happy to have an actual solution of any kind!

This gives the host time to process old audio packets without the client adding new packets to the backlog.

During the day it's usually 5-30 seconds, but if i left my machine on overnight i may have to burn through several minutes of backup audio packets in the morning to catch up.

The quick and easy (admin?) cmd prompt fix is this:

net stop audiosrv & timeout 5 & net start audiosrv

You run it on the client machine (the one the audio is coming _from_) and change the number to however many seconds of audio lag you're currently experiencing.

(Also, in some cases this might be a gradual process due to generally slow processing, but in my case it seems like on an infrequent but regular basis the host audio process gets interrupted and the sound falls another second or so behind each time. It _could_ catch up again, it just doesn't)

(I'm using "host" to mean the computer running RDP and "client" to mean the computer i'm connecting to via RDP, not sure if that's technically correct or if i have it backwards.)
