But was Himmler somewhat similar, and what about Goebbels? 😉

I know this work in detail. And wish to deal with a couple of points. This WILL be misreported, and WILL contain misunderstandings about genetics.

Some of the work is valid and in my opinion adds interesting information to the evidence base around the life of Hitler.

“After all, if anyone can show a nation betrayed by Donald Trump how to defeat him, it is the city that gave rise to him. And if there is any way to terrify a despot, it is by dismantling the very conditions that allowed him to accumulate power.”

It’s an uplifting speech. Bravo!

It’s genuinely incredible to see politician, media figures and activists utterly humiliating themselves in front of a public who well understand what football hooligans are, how football matches are policed and how the press has always talked about football fans.

And for me so much of this seems to stem back to the political choice of blind pursuit of austerity, presented as an economic policy to rebuild the economy, but doing the exact opposite at huge cost to so many through yet more brutal cuts to & re-organisation of vital services, on whom many depend.

The "Penrose Effect" seems to be a real thing - hypothesised in the 1930s and re-tested in the last decade or so:

Where you reduce your inpatient psychiatric provision, you'll see a correlated rise within 10yrs in prisons of seriously mentally ill prisoners.

Same here.
Most media pundits are too close to those in power and have become part and parcel of the tired and failed status quo.

Zack Polanski and the Greens are a force for necessary change. Plenty of people from all backgrounds and ages are yearning for meaningful change.

This is part of the 'grown ups' framing of the centre right. As if integrity and solidarity were 'student politics' it's a plank of the post Thatcher platform that enraged me when she did it, and has just got worse.
The Greens under Polanski are taking the hard road to a just and hopeful future
