Coincidentally Thursday appears to have been the idea day to have changed the cabin air filter in the car.

Manitoba will let two of its hydroelectric agreements which exported power across the southern border expire. The province is "repatriating" that power to invest in Canadian projects as trade tensions with the U.S. drag on.
