As a Canadian of uk birth,I returned to Scotland to watch my father slowly desiccate and starve in hospital, it was horrifying to watch and was torture for him and us. I was surprised the UK was not forward thinking in 2023. Better late than never.

The violence will come from. It has been inevitable, there are more than enough on the right who will pose as protestors to create a crisis. Youβve been marching to this point. Coincides nicely with all the military equipment in DC. There were never going to be midterms.

The big lesson is it could happen to any country - as a Canadian, we came uncomfortably close to a similar trajectory. There needs to be a war on disinformation, we need to teach critical thinking and opinions need to stop being touted as facts!
it really is astounding that a presidential administration crashed the growth trajectory of the wealthiest country on the planet in basically two months
