We need to stop normalising the far right
September 22, 2025 at 12:27 PM
This doesn’t happen by sitting back and waiting for someone else to do it. Get active. Campaign. Help us to defeat the Right, because everyone needs to do their bit to stop them.

Nigel Farage says a lot of things he doesn't mean. Or does he? You can't tell, so you simply can't trust him. Don't.

Nice. Not the Reform numbers, but Greens are on the up. If you want to stop Reform - join us.

Absolutely correct - the double standards here are appalling.

The key to defeating hard right populism is getting young people out to vote

Brexit has taken away your freedom, cost the country billions, and massively reduced trade. Don’t elect any more of the economically illiterate chancers who pushed it on you today
May 1, 2025 at 7:24 PM
Turnout is a bit higher than expected . The weather definitely helps! Get out and vote today, and remember that Greens are polling to win but it won’t happen without your vote #votegreen

This hasn’t aged well.

Remember that Labour will say whatever they need to for people who care about climate to vote for them. They don’t believe it. Only electing Greens will make a meaningful difference to our planet.

I will always campaign to rejoin the EU as quickly as possible. The EU has many flaws, but whether we like it or not the reality of today’s world is that countries need to stick together to stand up for themselves. The best way to do this is as part of the EU. The way to improve it is to be in it

Is it any wonder that the safety of cyclists is sometimes not a priority when people elect a Police and Crime Commissioner with ignorant views like this? She doesn’t even seem to understand what VED is!

The Tragic Consequences of Profit in Healthcare: More Lessons from the U.S.

US healthcare results in inequality and bankruptcy, but in people it doesn't often make the news. The death of a wealthy CEO might finally get the attention of those in power. domtristram.substack.com/p/the-tragic...

I have been outspoken in my support for a publicly owned and run NHS for as long as I’ve been ‘in politics’.
The other parties are pro-privatisation. Under Streeting it’s going to get a lot worse. Don’t think those private healthcare firms ‘donated’ so much to Labour without expecting a payoff.

I’m proud of this result. Thank you to everyone who helped the campaign and to every single person who voted for me. We got the best swing - same again next time and we win. We can do it! Why not join in? join.greenparty.org.uk

I support Living Streets and their call for 60% of primary school children walking to school in England by 2029. Bath is already higher than average, but we can still do better! #votegreen24

I have long campaigned to make our electoral system fairer, so I am happy to make a #PledgeForPR to help make this the last UK general election run under the First Past the Post system. @makevotesmatter.bsky.social

Always a pleasure to knock on doors with Green councillor Joanna Wright - great to meet some new people, and new Green voters, today! Let’s spread that message - there’s no need for a ‘tactical’ vote in Bath. You can vote for real hope and real change #votegreen
June 13, 2024 at 4:04 PM
Out in #bath city centre today talking to retailers and the public. It’s very clear - people want real change. #VoteGreen
