The normalisation of genocide and the criminalisation of protestors demanding divestment from the genocidal war machine renders null and void any redeeming effect of Western societies’ action on other moral and social causes –relating to human rights, justice, feminism, sustainability, or equality.

I said months back that one of the reasons you saw Muslim/Arab leaders in Michigan making overtures to Trump was likely that they saw Biden as ideologically committed and unmovable and preferred to take a long shot bet on maybe being able to influence the venal ghoul who believes in nothing instead.
