Our environment is often overlooked when it comes to behaviour change. At Helsinki airport, which is such a nice airport btw, they have bird song in the toilets. Makes such a difference to your mood and such a great idea.

If something goes viral on social media it doesn’t necessarily change behaviour. In this case the graphic around vaccination performed well in terms of engagement but not driving the actual number of vaccinations. #behaviouralscience @comms2point0.bsky.social @awaddingtondata.bsky.social

Islington Council’s Let’s Talk campaign highlights that if you do engagement properly you can get open rates of 70% in your email newsletter.

Really good example from Islington Coucil about how giving residents the choice over how money is spent can built trust. Project working and making sure engagement is all on one platform is also key to listening to resident views.
