Killing journalists, murdering Venezuelans in boats, pardoning insurgents, is there now no rule of law in the USA?

Thanks Tim. My experience is all in the planning/ environmental area. I think the proposed changes are mostly targeting this kind of JR. I wasn’t aware that there are lots of asylum type JRs.

I’m pretty sure this is not the case. I’m involved in a couple of organisations who have taken successful JRs. The work involved is huge. No serious lawyers involved in this kind of work will do it for nothing. They have to be paid up front, and for good reason.
