In my house, we call this “mutual lounging.” Sometimes the dog is the pillow, sometimes the dog uses you as a pillow. On rare occasions, both can be achieved simultaneously.

My birthday-party goal is always that it be as close to a 1980's style party as we can get.
Of course, I didn't have a "local theme park," but unstructured time outside STILL makes kids so happy.
I love to see it! I'm thankful that my friends parent similarly, making it possible to do together.

It turns out, they had discovered the magic of manhunt. I found them all in the cul de sac, plotting the next game.
Is there anything better than a big game of hide & seek outside in the dark when you are 12 or 13?
