Professional grade software, which I hope the systems at the Treasury are, has logs which will show who performed administrative actions, when, and what.

Olaf Scholz should call leaders of the German defense industry and ask what he can do to unblock capacity increases. Build state-of-the art tanks, drones, jets, and advanced missile defense. And tons of ammo.
