1. I wasn’t being passive aggressive so no need to be reactive, I’m not saying you didn’t know I’m just saying high empathy isn’t a criteria.
2. Not everyone knows, even diagnosed.

People with BPD may have a lack of empathy, not all with BPD have too much of it. There’s over like 200 different variants of BPD.

Honestly it’s the same thing with how they tried changing BPD to “emotional dysregulation disorder”, the borderline friends I have said “fuck that just call me BPD.”

Yes, however there’s keen differences between them.
Primary ASPD is what would be labelled a psychopath whilst secondary ASPD is sociopathy.
However, I do know a person with secondary ASPD who just prefers to be called a sociopath.
