Sadly can’t fix the more general problem that conferences are expensive and many people don’t have access to funds.

My understanding was that university accommodation will be available at Maynooth for the event, so you probably can’t book anything yet. I imagine the sense of fullness is simply that everything in town has been reserved by the organisers - but this is me guessing rather than certainty.

I just received a response from the organizing team in Maynooth that this was indeed an oversight and that the CFP will be amended to include non-digital games. Yay!
