Management keeps touting a new era of RNG, and we’re excited to be part of that. But they continue to ask us to take on more work without offering appropriate compensation. We’re asking them to show up to the table in good faith and get serious about addressing RNG’s historic pay equity issues.

We’re prioritizing dignity & being valued as we enter bargaining. We ask for respect as employees. At last week’s offsite, mgmt presented RNG values, incl respect. But management’s long been held to different standards. One leader publicly insults us in several posts — while making ~2x our salaries.

Children aren’t being taught they’re inherently victims or oppressors. Teachers aren’t leading kids to change genders.
