After over 17 years together, I had to say goodbye to Schonie today. She was sociably, snuggly, affectionate, silly, demanding, and strong willed. The tiniest cat with the biggest personality. I'm not sure what we'll do without her.

This is Blackbird. She's 12 yo and the last of her flock. She loves treats and will jump up in the air to get them if you're not quick enough.

Schonie is a Cornish Rex and has a pretty light coat and she gets chilly all year around but especially in the winter. I got her a heated bed to hang out in and it's in my office right next to my chair. That's her little chicken leg poking out of her snuggle cave.

I've had multiple flock bunnies over the years. One, Bunzer, became my buddy and was around for at least 3 years.
