My wife is involved in user studies at another large company, and user feedback is definitely negative on AI. People don’t trust it.
I think lower ranked people are afraid to bubble that sentiment up because they’ve been giving marching orders already.

I find it kind of sad that he’s going to get shit for this. Weird if a significant portion of the NoFX fanbase were in the tank for Trump.

I have strong opinions and experience with user polling , and the key is making it as painless as possible to answer (ie very short).
Anything else gives you weird sample sets of respondents (which are usually not the ones you want)
