I've decided I'm going to journal and write about my experiences. My own therapy to help me and some truths of situations I ended up in and am not proud of.

It got worse... The guy he's referring to confirmed he slept with him many times and didn't care because he'd been telling him all that time I abused him. That guy went no contact right away realising he'd helped with similar abuse he'd gone through years earlier

DARVO my friend. DARVO. This will be the stuff that person has had to go through in that relationship

Some people don't until they've rinsed and repeated too many times

Same with mine. I have so many receipts for the lies now he's struggling to keep it together. Like never fuck with an empath, we care about people but when we stop to care for ourselves, you gotta be worried

There you go. Final stages of narcissistic abuse. They create a story where you are the bad guy and they were the good one. Best to just let them weave the tale and then smooth over with people you like later.

Yeah your former friend sounds like a narcissistic abuser. Been studying it cause it's easier to understand it when you're going though it

Abuse is abuse and your mate needs to understand that. It may also explain why the other person wants out. As someone in the same kinda situation this past year.... The lies and manipulation where doors were closed was ooooft so damaging

One I had the bruise of a hand print around my waste. I bruise easily ... It's a good night when you accept your pride demon 🤣

Oh god I'd never do that to a person. That's a friendtervention moment where you need to qualify that what they're asking is abuse.

It comes for us all. One day you're straight and then .. a bruise appears and then another.... Before you know you're just saying "thank you daddy" and watching drag race and I'm not talking about the cars...
