Going through post trauma trauma is something no one tells you about. People expect you to return to the you before it happened when they leave but your body and mind are so embedded in survival mode it becomes a lottery of days you'll be up and those you're down.

Despite the emotional trauma and lies that came with this relationship, I just got totally sad when I saw the second batch of his stuff ready to move out. 🥹
I didn't think it would be hard knowing all the lies he told and the cheating that happened behind my back but there we go... 😱

Two days in a row I've seen men give predatory stares to young women walking by. It's not just even a "she's fit" glance it's a pervasive star that they make it known they're looking. I felt uncomfortable so god knows how the women feel on the receiving end.

It's funny I've noticed now that my ex likes to fight and wake me up during the night when he comes to the room. He's not working, I am .. something in keeping me tired and grumpy, easy to react in this state.
