Some archive services just display the same static versions when zoomed also shown below.

Internet archive/wayback machine does scale correctly but other commonly used services I've seen don't

I'll try to demonstrate using screenshots. In the first two images is the normal website at 100% zoom and 300% zoom. Notice how where the text splits onto a new line is earlier so that the text stays on screen at a bigger text size

I was also saying that people when taking screenshots should keep accessibility in mind and make sure to include the alt text.

That's a very patronizing response. Yes I know how to use basic tenants of modern technology.

My points was that some archive services don't preserve the nice way website scale properly so you're not having to move around endlessly.

On an accessibility level I find archived versions kinda lacking as the scaling built into the websites tends to not work, idk what the solution there is tbh. Ig if you are doing screenshots do include alt text as well.

I finished a lot of my degree lying down flat largely working in the middle of the night using a large screen, I would not have been able to do it without any of those things, if you could match that using this approach I would be very surprised.

I agree with most of this, but can I ask which mainstream exams are solely composed of multiple choice questions? I don't know of many if any like that, the mainstream secondary one are certainly not. Unless you are referring to the 11 and 13 plus which are quite niche

I don't want to sound too naive here, I remember people bringing this up before at the time. I remember looking at the fields for the set of data being transferred and it didn't seem people should be indentifiable by it was my impression back then.

She also seemed to be the only one doing anything productive, probably still be murmurs if it were up to Jeremy.

Typical misogyny, the woman pulls the weight, the men try to take control whilst doing little useful. Couldn't make this up.

A recent study showed it made programmers 20% slower, but made them think they were 20% faster

Not trying to play into the whole classic music is the pinnacle compared to other styles of music thing
June 22, 2025 at 11:48 AM
So much more impressive, just something about the physical presence of the sound that just doesn't translate into a recording. I'm sure this applies to many other styles of music, it's just the first one that comes to mind where you more regularly get voices not going through.

I mean, even accoustically a live performance trumps a recording, not to mention the experience. Also particularly with acoustic instruments and singing something is always lost recording it. If you've never heard a good opera/classical singer live for instance, versus a recording, it sounds

They don't care. They know exactly what they are doing.

Is this serious?

It's control, if trans people have to move underground, if care is not accessible through 'proper', if there are not employment protections, it means we have to rely on things like sex work and men who want to exploit us in order to access the things we need, and to get work.
