Some archive services just display the same static versions when zoomed also shown below.

Internet archive/wayback machine does scale correctly but other commonly used services I've seen don't

I'll try to demonstrate using screenshots. In the first two images is the normal website at 100% zoom and 300% zoom. Notice how where the text splits onto a new line is earlier so that the text stays on screen at a bigger text size
