Just got my electricity bill.
$0 again? In the last 18 months I have had 3 $0 bills, one for $39 & one for $130.
Anyone else having this 'problem'?

Lucky enough to get a last minute ticket to Kasey Chamber's sold out concert at the Wyong Art House. Opened with Ain't No Little Girl & sang most of my faves. But her cover of Lose Yourself was sublime, the best cover ever - I have watched it 100s of time on YT & honored to see her do it live.

In the UK magistrates are not required to have ANY legal qualifications and they have the power to send people to prison for up to 12 months. Read “The Secret Barrister“ for more hair raising details of the British legal system.

I feel dis-honoured to have received a tweet on Twitter from elmo himself - even though I have muted & blocked him. Could he possibly have the ability to rig an election, too?

Proud to share a story that’s been almost six months in the making, the first in a new series from @australia.theguardian.com exploring the ways our criminal justice system fails victim-survivors of sexual violence and often retraumatises them in the process: www.theguardian.com/australia-ne...
‘Rape is effectively decriminalised’: how did sexual assault become so easy to get away with?
Few alleged offenders are found guilty. Many victims are retraumatised. What is getting in the way of the Australian criminal courts providing justice to sexual assault survivors?

AUKUS will cost $375 billion.

That is a crazy amount of money. If the Govt. was to pay $1 million every day, it would take over 1000 years to get $375 billion.

Think of all the things that need $1 million: your local school or hospital. The government decided to spend it on nuclear subs instead.

ABSO-BLOODY-LUTELY!! We need to leave AUKUS to the others, we do not need it, we do not want it, we cannot afford it. We have to fund a National Climate Response Group to tackle fires, floods and drought. We need to protect and preserve what we have, our environment, our wildlife, our people 😳
