They face lengthy bureaucratic processes to obtain documents that allow them to move legally throughout Mexico while being unable to work formally or access basic services, such as accommodations and medical care.

So far today, October 27, about 300 people were treated at MSF’s health post and 130 sent to the emergency room, including 15 who required lifesaving surgery.

MSF resumes activities in Gaza City
