As the Rapid Support Forces advance into El Fasher, Sudan, after 500 days of siege, MSF teams in nearby Tawila are receiving people who’ve fled the fallen city. There are reports of mass killings and other atrocities, and MSF staff in Tawila are seeing many children with severe, acute malnutrition.
