There’s probably a smart aleck or two but not on any scale.
Mostly though this is a dog whistle. Whenever he says “beardos” he means black people, who were the largest group with shave chits because of a predisposition towards a skin condition that makes shaving painful and potentially scarring.

I’ve been taking individual lessons from Nihongo Picnic for 2+ years now and all 3 of my instructors in that time have been professional, experienced, and great to work with.

Might be a WcDonalds sort of thing where they want to get it close but not deal with the rights to the real thing. I assume "Channel X News" is trademarkable but IANAL.

People talking during movies happened to me with such frequency that I eventually gave up on seeing movies in the theatre entirely. My wife said this was a weird curse I had acquired.
It even happened to me at a supposedly harsh on such things Alamo Roadhouse.
