Years ago I tried tackling sourdough starter, but it kept failing. I gave up and turned to no-knead bread instead, which is incredibly forgiving and turns out wonderful, homemade loaves.

Recently I returned to sourdough starter, this time determined to follow through.

"Technical writing" encompasses a vast array of disciplines (software, aviation, manufacturing, etc.), each with its own specialized knowledge and audience.
