Losing a collection leaves a space that has a weight. I'm sorry it happened to you both. Have either of you tried to again collect the Doc reprints?

That's great. It took some years to fill their set. I'd love to know which order you decided to read them. Original publication? Written? Bantam?

If you mean the classic pulps, I think there 89 reprinted in German. I think two or three of the new pulp "Wild Adventures of Doc Savage " (by Will Murray writing as Kenneth Robeson) were also translated into German.
