Dad, critical care doctor, educator, believer that good communication is the answer to most problems.
Making the most of the (second) longest day of the year. Allison Krauss, Dillon Amphitheater. Not too bad.

Another highlight of training at @cumedicalschool.bsky.social! Many Interns arrive with no previous income, but large moving expenses (usually as credit card debt, short-term loans, etc.). The goal of this is to help alleviate the financial hardship experienced by Interns at the start of residency.

From New Orleans to DC. This time to present our (very) early work on a multi source dashboard for residents, fellows and programs. Residents come with and make even more data, how do they see it and focus their education? How do programs know what effect they’re really having on their learners?

Honored to present at the 4th annual Sterling West Symposium this morning. Thanks @curhuematology.bsky.social for the warm welcome for a very amateur rheumatologist, full time pulmonologist, and educator @cu-gme.bsky.social. The future of GME lies in competency, individualized experience, and data.
