Book number 2 finished, got off to a slow start this year but starting to make some progress now.

Straight into the next book now, which is book 3 of the Rivers of London series, Rivers Underground.

Helps if I actually wait for the video to upload before posting.

I even managed to sneak in 1 x 5 at 100kg on my squat. Didn’t log it since it would mess up my training plan but I did record it since I was going for a 1RM but had a full set in the tank.

Been a relatively quiet week this week. I’ve only managed to get my workout in today but still making great progress managed PRs on all on Squat , OHP and Deadlift today.

Weight had been fairly stable this week with me coming in at 110.6 today.

It wasn’t the prettiest game but we got the job done in the end and that was all that mattered tonight.

It was the same story as the last few weeks again. Should have been out of sight the first half then let them into the game in the 2nd half.

It’s absolutely worth it, the Stormlight Archives is one of the best series I’ve read.

I’ve just finished the first season of Mashle on Netflix and that was great fun. I’d also recommend Sakamoto Days it only has 2 episodes out currently but it’s great.

I’m about halfway through Wind and Truth at the moment and I don’t want it to end. Don’t think I can wait another 4 years for the next book

Great move for MacIver, from the little I’ve seen of her as Scotland No. 1 she’s got a great career ahead of her

I’ve not read that one but had a quick look at the synopsis and that’s a definite add to the reading list.

I’m about halfway through the latest book of the Stormlight Archives series and I don’t want it to end because I know I’ve got so long to wait until the next one. Luckily I’ve missed a few of the Cosmere novels so I have something to keep me going for a bit

Difficult to just pick 3 but I’d have say in no particular order, Fourth Wing, Tress of the Emerald Sea and Theory of Everything Else

Final workout of the week done.

Managed another set of PBs on Squat and OHP, didn’t manage an increase in deadlift this time round but I did expect it progress to start slowing at these weights.

Weight for this week is headed in the right direction, good week all round.

Sanderson is one of my favourite authors, I only discovered his work a couple of years ago and I’ve slowly been working my way through everything and I’ve not been disappointed yet.

His standalone cosmere novels are fantastic, I’d really recommend Tress if the Emerald Sea
