I am so so so excited - my new teapot has just arrived! My favorite one broke (a cute kutani clay pot), so my partner helped me find one that won't shatter! We splurged and got me a cast iron teapot/kettle from Oitomi!

1) I absolutely encourage curiosity. It's one of my classroom rules.
2) You don't learn how to do things if something/someone else does it for you. You build connections in your brain by trying, failing, researching, and trying again that you *do. not. get.* if something spits an 'answer' to you.

I think that I'm the weird one - but yes, I did go through and create and print off Library of Congress catalogue labels for my books. 😅 Currently working on a searchable database as well for when I need to find chapters in edited collections, etc.

I stopped using Spotify in the summer (have switched back to music I own, it's been great!), but have re-downloaded the app just to see what my wrapped says. Even with only half-ish of a year for data, I'm still pretty proud of this one:
