We all know the #education system isn't perfect.
Pointing fingers doesn't help.
It's not the administrators.
It's not tech companies.
It's not the #teachers.
We don't matter.
The student experience matters.
We can only deliver a relevant experience

Yes they are using AI.

Mentoring students is by far the most imapctdul and enjoyable part of my job.
Mentor or meander would be amazing way to evaluate faculty - definitely time to update publish or perish (of even better yet to get rid of tenure altogether!)

Students struggle with confidence.
It is an epidemic far beyond AI.
I’ve seen a consistent decline in my students over 15 years.
Not sure why, but a large part of it is that before they get to me they are trained to wait.

I’ve seen a consistent decline in my students over 15 years.
Not sure why, but a large part of it is that before they get to me they are trained to wait.

But is that necessarily a good thing?
