@octothorpe I'm not sure there's enough profit in CDs at the prices consumers are willing to pay… and, amazingly, fewer pressing plants, too.

@octothorpe ALSO! (sorry) It's still amazing that John McVie and Mick Fleetwood were the rhythm section on Werewolves of London.

@octothorpe Also, this is a perfect album. Except for Nightime in the Switching Yard, which is just filler...and yet it was released as a single.

@octothorpe Not in all cases, of course, but yes: there are some great mastering chains, and a number of excellent plating/pressing options, if people opt for them.
The Rhino Reserves have been really good in general, too (I obviously haven't heard all of them).
